Don't look at the 100 pounds. Look at your next 5 pounds, and then your next 5, etc*.
Or, better yet, stop looking at your pounds at all. Recognize that they're coming off, but focus on eating the right amount of calories without your other nutritional statistics being out of control. Focus on getting the right amount of exercise. These are the numbers you should be focusing on daily anyway. These are the numbers that form healthy habits. This is what creates the new, healthier you. Be aware of what's happening with your weight, but pay attention to the nutrition and exercise and the weight will, slowly but surely, take care of itself.0
