What a dumb question... Why would you even need to ask!? OF COURSE you can count it toward your daily water intake. Why wouldn't you be able to? Durrrr.

i don't know as the rain was fluctuating from a drizzle to a full out monsoon while I was outside. But it was a good amount as I didn't have an umbrella and the wind was in my direction.

Sounds like 24 or 25 glasses to me. Log it.

If there was lightning, you get to double count it.

Wait are you sure? I thought that would add electrolytes, thus making it no longer just water.

Yes, if you don't count them you will go into dehydration mode and then you will be a mummy.

Only if the drops are still sparking.

You can sip on your urine and even that would count towards your daily water intake...

Right, but the base is still water. So it counts. In fact, I think it counts for a full week's worth of water.

I would definitely count that, but not soda or condensed soup.

it gets absorbed back into your body

but it depends how much pee came out

I think it also matters if you were awake or asleep.

As long as you accurately measured how much you took in I don't see why not. You wouldn't want to overestimate your water intake.

This is an excellent question! I have wondered about this as well!

The other night I was watching Lost and cried at the end, some tears ran into my mouth, does that count as H20?
They were salty, so I bet it definitely increased my sodium intake for the day.

Sure! A drop of sweat, a drop of rainwater -- that has a 1 drop to 1 cup ratio. So be sure to log all 25 cups!!
  • how about sweat that drips into your eyes, ears, mouth and nose? lol does that count?

This nearly made me pee my pants. TOo bad I didn't, I could have counted that as H20.
