What time do YOU work out?

I work out first thing in the morning after I wake up, before my brain realizes the pain I'm about to put my body through.

I usually workout at 5am since I have to be at work at 7. I’m a morning person so it really works for me and I seem to have a lot of energy during the day. However working out in the evenings is another story. I’ve recently joined a gym and it forces me to do evenings workouts which isn’t too bad but it takes all I have to go because by the time I get off of work I’m exhausted. :yawn:0
