Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

I'm in too. I may not post everyday but my pedometer keeps totals for a week at a time so I will defintely share my steps on days that I miss. I'll try to post daily though. I love going for long walks, so relaxing0

October Goals: 400,000 steps for the month. Minimum of 10,000 steps per day.
This is the last month before we change back to standard time. The days are already getting shorter so the loss of the extra evening daylight hour will be really missed. Will have to get more steps at work and the gym, or be stuck circling the driveway after dark. :laugh:0 -
