I have had to keep upping my step goal this month.. it's crazy! Sept was 225,000 and I thought Oct would be a lighter month at work, so I went a little lower. I originally set the Oct goal to 200,000 steps. Then it was 225,000 just like Sept was.. then it was 300,000... and by mid-Oct I was already passing that goal too. So I upped it to 350,000 a few days ago. I officially give up. I am not upping the goal anymore. I am just going to post this crazy amount of walking (for me anyway.. 5'2" and 219 lbs, it's a LOT to lug around lol).
