All mexican food but especially the chips & queso!0

I try to do everything in moderation too but that doesn't mean I don't want more sweets! Especially chocolate!0

There's nothing I ate before that I don't eat now. So, nothing. I guess I kinda miss eating whatever I want, whenever I want, buuuuuut that's what made me gain all the weight I did, so I can live without it.
This ^^^ except for Pepsi, I have it now and then but it's not a daily thing anymore.0 -
Hmmmmm. . . :ohwell: seriously I don't miss anything! I eat what I love in moderation.
Eat what you love and love what you eat! (as long as you have the calories!)0 -
Oohh this thread is about food - smh

I miss not having to obsess about the scale0 -
German chocolate cake with a big glass of milk.. for breakfast. Every day for a week after Christmas. Yeah, won't be doing that this year.0
-
Salt and vinegar potato chips. Everything else I can fit into my diet, but the sodium count in that stuff terrifies me.0
-
I miss nothing, because I don't limit anything from my diet.0

I dont miss anything as i have everything in moderation
Yep, this. If there's something high caloric that I crave, I just bust it at the gym to allow myself the pleasure of eating it. That's the only reason this weight loss has worked for me. If I felt deprived of things, I'd never last.
Agreed!0 -
cheesecake..0

I miss something but it sure the *kitten* isn't food :huh:0

I think this is only good advice if most of the food you love is high in nutrients. If you are eating foods you love within moderation but those foods don't provide proper nutrition you could end up doing damage to your body.0 -
I never cut any type of food out of my diet...I don't miss anything!0

eating whatever i want.0

I miss baking cookies at christmas with grandma and grampa, specifically the Springerles and Mint Flips. I have the recipes, but haven't had the guts to try them on my own - it's not that they don't fit into my diet, but I know the sweet part of the memory was the company and the childhood, not the food.0

Aww Greggers, you flatter me.0 -

Nothing. I still eat everything I like, just less frequently and in moderation.
Well, I guess I miss Chompie's Jewish sliders a lot of the time, but that's because they're in Arizona and I'm in California. But I'm about to rectify that situation on October 9th.0 -

I miss telling myself I had to give up all the things I love to lose weight and be happy with my eating habits only to fail at both of those things because I was lying to myself...oh wait. I don't miss that at all!
:drinker:0 -
cheesecake..
^^^OH hell to the yeah!!! I miss that too!!!0 -
I had my favorite Cuban dish last weekend. I miss it already.
You ate Brett?!?!?!?! WTH, man!0 -
Beer. I still drink it occasionally but not nearly as much as I'd like. The beers I like most have so many calories!
My lovely dopplebocks . . . 250 calorie carb bombs . . .
I miss orange juice. I used to drink three glasses in the mornings in college. It has almost the same calorie count as regular soda. I miss that wonderful combo of mint toothpaste after-taste and citrus in the mornings.0 -
My lunch.
Rotini bake with mozzarrella, roasted eggplant, zucchini, onion, chopped tomato and whatever else I threw in there.
I ate it. And now it is gone. And I am so, so lonely.

I don't really miss anything. I will still allow myself to have things like homemade chocolate chip cookies (is there anything better?) or homemade french fries, but I have completely cut some things out like doughnuts, fast food, or sugary cereals. When I think about it though, I don't really miss those things. Sometimes I will get cravings for them, but then I think about how bad that stuff is and I change my mind and realize that I don't actually want it.0

avocado....
But I'd rather not die from eating them0
