until it got cold here (yep excuse for not walking outside) I walked 3.5 miles in an hour everyday. Now that its' getting colder here in the midwest I walk in lower level with leslie S (Walk away the pounds) 3 miles 3 x's a week. I also use cardio blast 10 minute workouts (by sparkpeople.com)...do zumba class one night a week..and just maintaining the house here is exercise. The last couple of weeks have been transitioning to get ready for winter ( I'm one of those people who suffer from whatever it is where you get all edgy when the winter months comes along)...so this means there is going to have to be more effort on my part. However I hit my 30 lb weight loss goal and just used my transition weeks as beginning hand weight lifting here at home. I don't have much strength in my left arm due to injury when I was a teenager..but I keep at it and do what I can. The women in my family age gracefully and I want to follow their path.0
