- Gain no more than 1.5kg (combined fat & new muscle mass)
- Have a noticeable difference in the size of my shoulders (taking a 30th Sep comparison photo)
- Complete a set dumbbell presses of 8-10 reps using 35kg (roughly 77lbs) dumbbells
- Do a 1RM deadlift of 185kg (just shy of 408lbs)0 -
1. Re-start & STICK TO C25K programme.
2. Lose at least 5lbs weight but ideally i'd like to lose between 5-10lbs before October end.0 -
From 94.5 kgs (208 lbs) to 90 kgs (198 lbs)0

lose 10lbs by October 30th...this will be 10lbs away from my re-eveluation goal...
log my food everyday for the whole month...
keep off the scale, and only weigh once a week (first thing Friday mornings)

This is great - thanks everyone for sharing goals. Very inspiring. :-)I recently realised that I can now do full press ups, and I would like to get to the stage where I can do 3 sets of 15 or 20 by the end of October.
I still can't do a full press up - maybe that's a goal I could aim for in October. I think it was one of my August goals, actually, but I never achieved it!To build up my immune system, because with me being at school I really do need to make sure I am off as little as possible so I can get ahead with work.
This is one I have started to aim for - I work in a school, and often catch colds and viruses from the kids! Maybe I'll aim to drink orange juice every day, to keep up vitamin C levels.To learn to do the THRILLER all by myself at home! haha! I'll be dancing to Michael Jackson's Thriller in my living room for a month until I can get at least half of the moves right :laugh: this oughta be fun!

Mine are:
- be able to run 8k
- reach my 'normal' BMI (lose 3-4kg)
- finish 30DS
- have my room tidy every single day! <--- this one will probably be the hardest haha0 -
I want to have a whole month of perfection, no cheating, exercise everyday if I don't need to rest, and, of course, finish the 30 day shred without wimping out! My dads birthday is near the end of the month
I looked at myself in the mirror this morning and I looked really skinner everywhere.0 -
To lose 8lbs and and continue eating clean....its so worth it0

My goals for October look just like my goals for September. If at first you don't succeed...
1. Eat more fruits and veggies, less flour-based stuff/cheese/chocolate/alcohol.
2. Exercise more efficiently: less time in the gym and more calories burned.
3. Study for upcoming boards.
4. Drink more water.
5. Lose 10 pounds.

I'd like to be in Onederland by the end of October. That's about 6 pounds to go. I think its doable.0

I would like to be down at the least 10 pounds by 0ct 31st. Also to have a kickass Halloween party and dress up.0

I would like to see a 15-lb loss during October- I would REALLY like to be down to my goal weight by Nov. for Thanksgiving!0
