This is my first time doing this challenge. I would like to do 40 walking miles and 50 biking miles to start. I just got back from the gym and logged 1.5 walking miles and 3.5 biking miles. Excited for this challenge!0

Okay this is my first challenge .... do pedometer miles count (just typical daily walking)? And I use an Arch trainer in the gym. Do those miles count? Or does it just have to be running miles?0
