    Since it's my first time doing this challenge, I'll set my goal for 50 miles. I know we can ALL meet our goals, as long as we try.
  • Okay this is my first challenge .... do pedometer miles count (just typical daily walking)? And I use an Arch trainer in the gym. Do those miles count? Or does it just have to be running miles?

    I am joining this challenge. My 70 miles will consist of the time that I actually take out for exercise. I try to get in two walks a day, so hopefully I will meet my goal.

  • I'm in again for 100miles, did not complete last month challenge of 90 miles, but got to 51.9 with a day to go...But I'm ready to move in October.........

    It can be anything that you can track- does not have to be a specific exercise.
