    ... 8 mile run this evening. Not even half way through the month and well over half way there so pretty pleased!! Hopefully the month will continue like it started!

    I've been having a terrible time shaking this cold! Never have I had such a head cold in my life! :sick:
    Anyway--today is a BEAUTIFUL, brisk, fall day in upstate New York and I'm finally feeling okay enough to walk and breathe at the same time. So my total so far today is 4.72 miles. And I actually RAN for 30 mins straight! Woohoo!!! I feel like I'm getting back into it finally! :bigsmile:
