Spent my Friday evening at the gym on the elliptical - definitely the healthier alternative to partying it up! Besides... I don't fit into my party it up clothes... I should probably keep this Friday/Saturday evening gym thing up at least until they fit again, and then start throwing a "going out" night in now and then :-)
All my miles so far are from jogging on the elliptical. Did 6.2mi last night in my one-hour plus 5minute cooldown, which is my average speed. Puts me at a total of... let's see if I can figure out how to post a ticker... :
