    This is a major catch up for me. As of October 4th, I had done 7.2 miles, with 92.8 miles to go
    October 5 - walked 3 miles
    October 8 - walked 4 miles
    October 11 - walked 2 miles
    October 12 - walked 4 miles
    October 13 - ran 1 mile, walked 1.2 miles
    October 14 - walked 4.2 miles
    October 17 - walked 2.2 miles
    October 18 - ran 1.2 miles, walked 3.8 miles
    October 19 - walked 4.6 miles
    October 20 - ran 2.5 miles, walked 1.5 miles
    October 21 - walked 7.8 miles
    Distance covered between October 5 and October 21 - 43 miles
    Miles still to go - 49.8

    Today I did 5mi... but it was serious hiking... so although "only" 5 miles, it was the workout of more like 15! Don't worry though; I only counted it as 5 :-)
