    Been working my butt off, but since I'm 27 years old and only 4 pounds away from being at the lowest I have ever weighed since I was 12 years old, I expect things to go a little bit slower now. Just going to keep doing what I'm doing. :smile:

    10/8 is 148.4 (ate 3 good meal choices, avoided snacking - did good!) Feels good to focus and succeed : )
    10/15 is 149.4 (snacks not good)

    Focusing on B then snack L then snack and finally D. 3 meals and 2 snacks only if needed. E is like S and S doesn't make you F, you do!
    For week of 8th - continue plan of 3 and 2, E is like S and S doesn't make you F, you do!!!!
    Week of 15th - stay focused, work hard; know feeling of eating right and exercising!

    I actually weighed in on Saturday, Oct. 13th at 127, my goal weight - yeeha! But, being that I "relaxed" my eating over the weekend (felt I had license to, afterall) I weighed in this morning at 128. No problemo, I know I'm there :)
