Consider this one already won and completed for the last couple years...
16oz in the morning with my prescriptions (two diuretics)
1-10oz coffee in the morning at my desk
1-64oz jug of ice water done by Noon, and then filled half-way again for the last four hours of my shift
1-18oz glass with dinner
If I wake up in the middle of the night thirsty, there is a 32oz jug of ice water at the ready.
this is the normal for me and the pleasure for my doctors knowing Im fully compliant. Even my Endo says she has a hard time committing to drinking water from which I appreciate her honesty with me.0 -
I'm in - but I usually clear the 70oz mark by lunchtime.0

I'm in - some days are better than other but I do try for around 100 oz.0

I'm in!! I have a 50oz Nalgene bottle and I always drink at least 2 full bottles throughout the day, it is amazing how much better I feel!0

I'm in!! I really needed to get back in the water groove!!! Not a clear plan on how much and when but will certainly get 70-80 oz in per day!! let's goooooo......0
