    As the title states im at 150lbs down today, at my heaviest i was 424lbs, weight this morning is 274lbs, ive went from a UK size 30/32 to UK size 18/20/22, i have gained sooo much more confidence, when u think you've too much to loose and decide that you "CANT" do it, im here to tell u that u "CAN" do it, yes its hard and yes ive sulked, moaned and cried been thru all the emotions but i still got here, i have 75lbs more to loose to be in onederland and will reassess my goals from there xx

    forgot to mention if anyone wanted to no - im 5'10" and its taking me 17 months to loose 150lbs xx

    I reached 150.5lbs down this past weekend which also put me in the one-der-lands :) 199.5lbs I started my weight loss about 12 months and 3 weeks ago

    you look amazing and I bet you feel so much healthier, younger, and energetic...I know I do! you are an inspiration and doing some miraculous things with your life! WTG you are awesome!!! :happy:
