I found this online and it hits the spot every time. It is just a bite, so there isn't anything left over to tempt you.

about 2tsp whole nut peanut butter
    about 1TBSP cream cheese
    about 1tsp cocoa powder
    about 1TBSP heavy cream
    about 2 Splenda packets

Just mix and eat....like a mini Reese's peanut butter cheesecake

Followed with some Celestia Seasoning no sugar no carb tea - gingerbread or eggnog for example - and it is all good again. LOL

    Low Carb Cheesecake

    1 -8oz cream cheese
    1 C whipping cream
1/2 Splenda or more according to your taste.

Cream the cream cheese and Splenda. Whip your whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then blend with the cream cheese mixture. Store in the refrigerator.

My friend added some sugar free coffee creamer (liquid) to the cream cheese mixture. The texture wasn't as firm but the taste was wonderful. She used peppermint mocha. I told her it reminded me of melted marshmallows. I liked the texture but it was more of a mousse/pudding with the creamer added. There are so many different flavors out there. I want to try eggnog and pumpkin spice. Also, the caramel variety.
