    i am from the Hunter Valley, New south wales (NSW), australia...

    ive been on the weight loss and fitness journey a bit over 18 months and have lost about 35 kgs (70pounds).
    anyone else out there looking for support and motivation, but most importantly a "lifestyle change'.. we dont become overweight overnight, so we wont lose it overnight.. it takes time..

    Born in Scotland, moved to Perth, Australia when I was 25, stayed there for 10 years, then took the trip east to Sydney for 2 years, Melbourne for 3 and now in Jakarta, Indonesia for 1.5 years.

    Not sure where I'll end up next but I do know it'll be 15kg lighter than I am now!!!!!
