    Hi Everyone,

    I'm from SC, and I have lost 43 lbs since I started using Myfitnesspal on my Windows Phone. It has been a blessing because not only have I gotten down to a healthy BMI but also I have revamped my diet from the bottom up. Before, I was eating triple the amount or protein per day, hardly any veggies, little fiber, little iron, and, frankly, little variety. Since I started using the program, I now eat oatmeal as my breakfast, tons of steamed leafy green veggies everday along with lots of carrots for lunch and dinner, and I eat whole grain bread and just a tablespoon of all natural spread for a snack. Also, I've discovered the excellence of black beans, great northern beans, and dark red kidney beans.
