One day isn't going to hurt you too bad. Just start over and try to stay on track. We all have those days.0

Don't be upset. Just so you know it takes 2-3 days for extra calories to be stored as fat. So as long as you are very good for the next few days and get your excercise in, you should be okay. Remember it takes an additional 3500 cals to gain 1 pound. Don't get discouraged, this is all a process.0
