i'm almost at 160 oz and its only mid afternoon.....i should crack 200 oz of non-calorie fluids today. I think tomorrow I will record how many trips to the bathroom I have. I know I have made at least three in the last two hours. Darn iced tea and other fluids, lol. More trips = more walking = more calories burned = less work done, lol.0

I love drinking water. However, now that I'm drinking 80-90oz per day, I feel like in the bathroom non-stop. Plus, I have an hour drive home from work, and can barely make it home most days. Must be another sign of getting older...0

I am going to Start this for Today - Tuesday - Water Challenge ON for me!
Goal to Drink at least 1/2 my bodyweight in water. From NOW until Bedtime!
