    For me, it's baby carrots or Pop Chips. Feels so indulgent but still healthy. LOVE!

    carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, peppers, celery, tomatoes. basically any veggie you can dip with. since I am vegan, I also put hummus on everything in place of dressings and/or condiments. i.e. use it in place of mayo on a sandwich or put a scoop on my salad.

    Raw veggies--carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, red & yellow peppers, cucumber...
    Or spread on whole grain toast. I also use it in place of condiments on my sandwiches.

    Should have expected the smart *kitten* comments! A spoon? Really guys! ;)

    Lots of ideas, general census says: carrots, bell peppers (crunchy veggies), and a good low cal chip of some sort.

    Really intrigued by using it for a sandwich spread.I normally don't put anything on my sandwich, but I'm tempted now.

    I went to the store and bought Sabra's Supremely Spicy hummus and sourdough pretzel nibblers last night.
    16 nibblers = 140 cals.
    2 tbsp Hummus = 70 cals.
    = 210 snack. Not too bad.

    I like hummus with crackers.

    Also I like to use hummus to make tuna salad with instead of mayonaise. Less fat and calories.
