    10/15: 153 (+.8 lbs) not good
    10/22: 153 (0) must do better - I can lose 3 lbs in the next 2 weeks.
    10/29: 155 My body seems to fight to stay at this weight. I'm very disappointed in myself.

    10/8: 184.0 I was actually at 182.2 on Friday morning...my birthday...but then it was "birthday weekend" UGH!!! Back to work!

    10/22: 183.6.....wow.....Daily activity level will be picking up as I started a 6 month long term sub job. Gotta watch the sodium though as I tend to crave salty and crunchy stuff when I get home.
    10/29: 182.2 I might make it to 180 as I "over sodium-ed" on Sunday and was 181.2 on Sunday morning!
