    10/15: 141...BOO!!!!! I had one cheat day. First night away from the baby in 10 months. But c'mon...i worked sooo hard the rest of the time. Ugh....have to work EXTRA hard these next couple weeks. to make the 5lbs.

    Is there a link for the spreadsheet? Just curious, is there MORE to this group than just weighing in?

    I was wondering about this as well....what is everyone doing to hit there goals??? I have struggled for the last year to lose and keep gaining and losing the same weight. Actually I gradually gained 10 lbs since starting here almost 2 years ago. Now I am super vigilant about measuring/weighing foods and working out 6 days per week.

    The only thing you are required to do is weigh in. However, it is a great idea to encourage eachother and to talk about what is working and what isn't for you.

    Up to date Spreadsheet. I will try to update info again tomorrow for those that haven't weighed in yet. Next week I will delete people off the sheet that haven't checked in yet. At that time I will add the couple people that have been following along the entire time that didn't make the first 150.
