Is there a link for the spreadsheet? Just curious, is there MORE to this group than just weighing in?
I was wondering about this as well....what is everyone doing to hit there goals??? I have struggled for the last year to lose and keep gaining and losing the same weight. Actually I gradually gained 10 lbs since starting here almost 2 years ago. Now I am super vigilant about measuring/weighing foods and working out 6 days per week.
The only thing you are required to do is weigh in. However, it is a great idea to encourage eachother and to talk about what is working and what isn't for you.0 -
