I was wondering about this as well....what is everyone doing to hit there goals??? I have struggled for the last year to lose and keep gaining and losing the same weight. Actually I gradually gained 10 lbs since starting here almost 2 years ago. Now I am super vigilant about measuring/weighing foods and working out 6 days per week.0 -

0.4lbs loss for me, not much but I have been back to hospital this week and it always throws me off. Better than nothing or a gain lol0 -

This was a very untypical weight loss for me. I'm sure it will take the rest of the month to lose another pound. I tend to lose a lot in a week and then nothing for long periods of time.0 -
