I'm 5'3.5" and I'm striving for somewhere between 115-1200

I'm 5'1 and am not sure of what I my goal weight should be. l guess I'm waiting to see how I look as I lose weight. All I know for sure is that I would like to be under 130.0

I'm 5' 1.5" and my goal weight is 125. I'm not sure that goal weight will work. I am trying to get my BF% down to 25% or so. Right now its 33%.0

I'm 5'2" and my goal is 120! I weighed 130 about a year ago, (that's my immediate goal) and I looked good, but I still wanted to lose. So my ultimate goal is 120.0

I'm 5'2.5" and weighed 178 at my highest. Currently down to 150. Ultimate goal is 135. I hovered around 128-135 in high school and wore a size 6/8. I looked sick though and I had no muscle definition.
Now at 33, I am 150 and wear anywhere from a 6 to a 10 (although 10's are mostly too big). If I lose another 15 pounds, I'm not sure what size I'll be in.
My focus is being FIT and healthy, not on a number. Don't want to feel like food is controlling me..0 -
I'm 5'0 or 5'1, I really need to measure, but short as it is. my goal weight is 125! would love 120 but I'll take 125-130.0

I am also 5'2 and my goal is between 105-110 (105 for competing and off season between 110-112) - I weigh 114 now.0

I am 5'2" and currently weigh 133. I want to lose about another 10 though... but I am playing it by ear. I wear a size 4 in most jeans and a size 6 in dress pants/khakis. I just want to fit into them a bit better. I am also weight lifting so the number itself isn't so important.
This is me exactly at the moment! 5'2 and 133. I wear an 8 in most jeans, though! Isn't it interesting the differences we have at the very same height and weight. I would like to be 115-120. I think that's a good range for me - I'm 50.0 -
5'3" and looking forward to the 120's...by any calculation I've found it usually suggests 120 is ideal but last time I was 120lbs I was a freshman in high school! I hadn't even finished getting my boobs yet! so I'm thinking more realistic would be 125-130...I think that would be do-able0

Hey Girls!!! I'm 5 feet even! I am at 130 lbs right now and i am shooting for 125 lbs. I figured i would see how i feel then and see if i want to continue losing weight. I have to say that @ 131lbs i feel like i look pretty good. I have also gained a lot more confidence. That is ultimately what i am looking for, ya know! Good luck everyone you can do it!!!!0

I'm 5 even, 45 years old. My goal is 120, however I'm not really married to the scale number. I am very close to getting back in my size 8's (can button & zip now but still think they are too tight for work). When I get back there, I'll feel much better regardless of what my scale says.0

I'm 5'2 but according to the wrist measurement technique I have a "large frame". I looked at a chart and based on my height and large frame my healthy weight would be between 125-143 lbs.0

I'm 33 years awesome, 5'1" and have a UGW of about 130. I'd look goooood at 130. Now 147. Stilll gooood, just flubby midsection. Darn you midsection!!0

Im 5'2 and my goal is 140lbs! Any less and I would look like a bobble head! Been down to 120 before and looked ill !
I'm 5'2" right now and 140 lbs. It is a nice, comfortable weight. Size 8 pants, medium all around. I like it. But I lost 13 pounds and I don't lose weight evenly... so my thighs are slim, my sides are curvy, but my belly sticks out the exact same amount as it did when I was 153 lbs.
But like I said, it is a nice, comfortable weight =]0 -

I'm 20 years old, and 5'2". I started at 153, and now am 140. I would like to weigh 133, I think. It is around the upper limit of my BMI, with a few pounds to spare. However, I think I might change that to 130, which is a bit closer to the middle of my BMI (which would be 125). I remember in 9th grade when I weighed 125, I was a tad bit too skinny.
I have an hourglass figure naturally, so I look good with a bit of fat. So 130-133 is a good weight for me.0 -

I'm 5'2" and 120lbs right now... while I'm happy at this weight, I would just like to be toned and fit. I think if I lost 5-10lbs while doing extra cardio and lifting weights I would be satisfied. My goal is just not to gain any winter weight with Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years around the corner. Good luck to everybody!0
