    How long did it take you to lose the weight you look amazing?

    A little over a year. Almost a year and half :)

    Please share the first step of your journey - how did you find the courage to begin? You must have somehow changed some of the "stinkin-thinking" that took you to 252 lbs. It's more than new habits - it's new thought patterns too. Bravo to you and many blessings. Be happy and proud of yourself! .

    Thanks everyone for your amazingly kind words!!! Just to answer a few questions:

    1) It took me a little over a year to lose my weight. I've been working on maintaining since June
    2) My go-to workout is: At the gym- the arc trainer, great for when I'm needing some major cardio. At home-Anything Jillian Michaels. She kicks my butt!
    3) My favourite snack: Fruit(anything!) Although, I do indulge in Chocolate at least one a week :)
