    If it helps. I do 100 jumping jacks every morning and it take 2 minutes. You can start off with less and work your way up. Just a thought.

    Weight loss is 80% food related, 10% genetics related and 10% exercise related. So if you watch what you eat and maybe go for walks every so often, you will do fine =)

    As everyone else said, yes you can lose weight without exercising.

    That being said, 5 lb weights are not strength training.. pretty sure your school bag weighs that.

    Put down the dinky weights, and lift.. like really lift. If you do that, in combination with a good diet, then you will see good results.

    short answer YES long answer 3500 cal = 1 pound just eat 3500 less than you burn a week and you can loose 1 pound every week no excersice needed but i wouldn't recommend it

    I have to agree, I wouldn't even bother with the 5 pound weights. They're not going to provide much results.
