Can i lose weight & not exercise?

If it helps. I do 100 jumping jacks every morning and it take 2 minutes. You can start off with less and work your way up. Just a thought.0

Weight loss is 80% food related, 10% genetics related and 10% exercise related. So if you watch what you eat and maybe go for walks every so often, you will do fine0

As everyone else said, yes you can lose weight without exercising.
That being said, 5 lb weights are not strength training.. pretty sure your school bag weighs that.
Put down the dinky weights, and lift.. like really lift. If you do that, in combination with a good diet, then you will see good results.0 -
short answer YES long answer 3500 cal = 1 pound just eat 3500 less than you burn a week and you can loose 1 pound every week no excersice needed but i wouldn't recommend it0

I have to agree, I wouldn't even bother with the 5 pound weights. They're not going to provide much results.0
