    Chinese buffet just might be the only situation in which I let go and let God. Which is why I only go to them maybe once a year... but enjoy the everloving *kitten* out of every bite.

    I'm going to a Chinese Buffet tonight with my family. We go to this place approx. once every 5-6 weeks. I appreciate all the responses here - much "food for thought" (which is zero calorie food, right? :D ).

    Don't forget the Mongolian grill if they have one. You can get a plate full of protein and veggies to start off with, wait a little bit and then go for your favorite things from the buffet for your treat.

    Its always gonna b an estimate... maybe take a picture before u eat so u can look back and easier make a guess when u come home
