My body is changing, slowly but surely (pics)

Hello fellow pals,
My name is Gabriela, I am 22, 5'6 and am currently weighing in at just over 127lb. I categorize myself in the "skinny fat" department: my BMI is good and all that, but I'm just a little too jiggly for my taste. Still workin' on it!
This has been a slow process for me - my workout routine is still far from regular, though I have been putting more effort into that department especially when I decided to start the New Rules of Lifting for Women program (love it, in case you're wondering).
When it comes to eating, I just listen to my body. I eat anywhere from as low as 1,400 calories on completely inactive days (hardcore study days) to as high as 2,000 on work out days. I'm not an avid calorie counter, I just try to make sure that I'm eating quality (though I admit to having a HUGE sweet tooth - oops!)
Anyway! I humbly submit my pictures to you seeking any feedback:
(Apology in advance for my corny, super serious face... I promise I'm a smiley person in real life!)

Side and arms:
baby muscles!

I have been MFPing on my own, but please feel free to add me as a friend, I would love to encourage you in your journey and be encouraged by you!

* I should also add that I'm not new to MFP - I lost about 5lbs from late March to August on a different account, but decided to delete it after getting a number of sketchy messages. I decided to rejoin last month once again to track myself, as it's much easier for me than keeping a spreadsheet. Also hoping to rebuild some community0

Hey, wishiwerefit! This was about a 7 month process, but I've no doubt you could see results like this in significantly less time. Between March and now I got married and was going crazy with wedding planning - I hardly exercised at all but tried to eat as healthy as possible. After marriage we were busy trying to settle into our new lives together, so a little more exercising, a lot more eating healthy and eating less (tight budget).
But basically, I just watch what I eat and try to eat balanced every day. I drink a lot of liquids (just water and tea after my morning coffee with whole milk). As for exercise, I have to follow a program rather than come up with my own workout otherwise I won't be disciplined so at first I did bits of insanity here and there, lots of walking/cardio, the 30 day shred and mostly the Maker's Diet (taught to me by my husband). But now I've discovered lifting (book New Rules of Lifting for Women) and LOVE it more than anything I've done before, so I'm sticking to that.
Hope that helps!0 -
