I believe that maintaining the foods you enjoy (moderated) is necessary to make a lifestyle change over a simple diet. I don't even go so far as to make a healthy pizza. I work the local pizza joint pie into my daily calorie goals and enjoy.

I think that is the key; everything in moderation and within your calorie allowance and get some exercise everyday. if you have a day of over eating, then over exercise for a day, it's very doable.0 -
I eat it. If it is something you enjoy and can eat it in moderation then there is no need to give it up. Heck, I still do McD's and other fast food places. And now i savor every bite knowing that it will be at least a month until the next one.0

I just had Dominos for dinner. Moderation is the key. If you're not sure what the calories are going to be, try checking before eating. I did that so I would know what my limits were tonight.0
