    well, obviously you have to start with the cleanse to jumpstart your metabolism for the others. If you don't all the toxins will keep you fat....but don't forget the raspberry ketones!

    It's neither. Calculate your TDEE and setup a 10% to 20% calorie deficit based on that, eat cleaner foods, get enough protein, drink plenty of water, exercise, and you're done.

    Cleansing is a fad, HCG is not even healthy, spot reducing isn't really possible.

    spot reduction doesn't really exist. so no. wtf is up with all these cleanses? just eat healthy and you will poop daily no issues.
