    Not true....a pound of muscle weighs a pound and a pound of fat weighs a pound. The accurate thing to say is that muscle takes up less space than fat.

    It's neither. Calculate your TDEE and setup a 10% to 20% calorie deficit based on that, eat cleaner foods, get enough protein, drink plenty of water, exercise, and you're done.

    Cleansing is a fad, HCG is not even healthy, spot reducing isn't really possible.

    spot reduction doesn't really exist. so no. wtf is up with all these cleanses? just eat healthy and you will poop daily no issues.
