Always, ALWAYS cleanse first. Fear the toxins!!!!
Then HCG to kick start your weight loss, otherwise the fat won't burn away while you're on the elliptical.
Then when you've lst the fat, spot reduce with weights. DO NOT lift until you have reached goal weight.0 -

It's neither. Calculate your TDEE and setup a 10% to 20% calorie deficit based on that, eat cleaner foods, get enough protein, drink plenty of water, exercise, and you're done.
Cleansing is a fad, HCG is not even healthy, spot reducing isn't really possible.

I do a cleanse, where I only consume hcg and lemon juice. And do work for my abs so I can lose the fat off my stomach.0 -

spot reduction doesn't really exist. so no. wtf is up with all these cleanses? just eat healthy and you will poop daily no issues.
I SO MUCH wish that were true. Unfortunately, my colon seems to work on "the more mass the better" plan. Eat proper portions of good nutrition and fiber, and nothing's happening. Eat mass quantities of whatever, no problem.0 -
