I actually love my name, Keshia for short (or my partner calls me Lasqueesha for ****s n giggles).

Not that I want kids for many years to come but I've always loved:

    Girl: Lilia, Mila or Ayla

Boy: Zevon (probably Zev for short), Joel, Leighton or Aedan

We have Georgina, she would have been Harry if she was a boy.

I'm not a fan of trendy names and I also subscribe to the idea that your kid might end up in a professional/serious role and won't sound credible with some of the names that are around at the moment - fine if they are going to be a rock star, but not if they end up working as a lawyer!

My daughter loves her name just as it is and won't let anyone shorten it, we had assumed she would become a George, or a Georgie or a Gina by now, but no, she wont have it.

If you want an unusual name for a girl try Keziah. Or it can be spelled Kezia. It is found in the book of Job, the last chapter.

My children are called Jack and Maya.

I also like Noah, Liam, Josh, Jacob, William for boys.

For girls - Isabella, Kiera, Amélie, Sienna, Chloe, Jessica, Nicole.

I don't like 'trendy' names, and you need to think that one day your child will be an adult, going out to work etc.
