I like a piece of Extra Dessert Delights after dinner in place of sweets.I love the Key lime and the mint chocolate chip flavors. Also, it's very hard to nibble when you gum in your mouth.0

Peppermint does indeed suppress the appetite. My best friend deals with Essential Oils and one of the best ways to suppress your "hungry cause I'm bored" hunger is to put some peppermint oil on a toothpick (or whatever) and suck on it for a bit.

Make sure you get a good quality, food grade oil. It's pricey ($25-$30 for a 25mL bottle) but it's worth it. You can use it for all kinds of other things, like helping with irrelgularity, headaches, and such. I suggest doing some research!!0
