    What is your favorite way to exercise and why?

    For cardio, I love hiking and walking with my dog. I find it very relaxing and it always puts me in a better mood :smile:
    For strength training, I like squats the best. I have a lot of strength in my lower half and it makes me feel good to keep being able to increase the weight I'm squatting with. I like that I'm getting better at pushups... but I still hate them lol:grumble:

    I started dunking again...a huge NSV for me. After not being able to dunk a basketball for three years :)

    Hmm I would give up speech because I think sign language is beautiful. I couldn't sacrifice the other two because I love music tooooo much and I want to see my beautiful family.

    Would you rather be totally hot in everyone's opinion but constantly smell like horrible B.O. or be ridiculously famous & rich for being horribly ugly?

    In all seriousness though, this is one of my biggest fears, and I'd probably do everything I could to rip out its eyes and punch (and hell, even try to bite) it's nose. *shudders* Now your making me feel like I need to carry a knife with me into the the water next time I'm at the beach...

    I haven't been many places I didn't care for, so I'll have to say Disney Land for a couple of reasons - 1) It's not as awesome as Disney WORLD, and 2) Apparently in that part of California they don't make queso "so don't ask." Tell me again how hard it is to melt cheese...
