Hi there
Just made a batch of 137 calorie no bake protein bars, and am waiting patiently for them to set.
Anyway, the recipe is as follows:
5 Tsp Macadamia Nut Butter
1 cup Instant Oats
6 scoops Solal Whey Protein Vanilla Flavoured
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (the real stuff not the essence)
25g Elite Fat Free Powdered Milk
1 cup of water
Whisk together the water, Milk powder and vanilla extract.
add to dry ingredients.
Mix together.
Spray a square / rectangle dish with non-stick spray and pour mixture into the dish.
Put into fridge or freezer until set.
Slice into 9 pieces.
you can add dark chocolate chips, stevia, sweetener, cranberries. Anything you like. just amend the recipe as required.
Should you try it and enjoy it, then please be kind enough to say so.
Also , if you have any other recipes, please share them!

This is the first time making them.
I added too much water, and the original recipe called for peanut butter and I used macadamia, so I have to keep them refridgerated. I will have to play around witht he recipe next time to see what happens with less water0 -
