    As much as I honestly hate to admit this ... no more alcohol. It makes me make bad choices!

    I love this! It makes me make bad choices too, usually in the form of a greasy cheeseburger and fries.

    The less Sodium, the better!!!!! I try and use salt substitutes in all of my cooking now.

    Also I try now to drink 2 glasses of water between meals so I don't over-snack and I get my 8+ cups
