Didn't see it yet so here goes:

SW - 300
LW - 263
CW - 261.2

CLOSE to the 2lbs. I really should start exercising more heavily. I just don't seem to have the energy to do more than just the bare minimum. *pouts*

  • Close to 2lbs is still fantastic linnebooc! No pouting allowed!

    As for me,

    CW 141.4

Slow and steady wins the race, or so they say. I wanted to go to the gym on Saturday and had planned on it, but when I woke up I had bad dizzy spells for a while so I thought it was safer if I stayed home and rested. I feel much better now so I plan on going either this evening or tomorrow morning (or both!)

It's only a .2 gain but it's still a gain and I know why. -__- Sister's Pizza. My damn family pizza shop. They got a new bigger oven to deal with the influx of customers so they had to put a few test pizzas through. They shoved a slice in my face even though I said I didn't want any. I was dragged down there by my mom as it was.

Sometimes living with my parents is a hassle. I'm actually considering moving out with roommates closer to school. We'll see....

But I'm sure those .2 pounds will be gone soon enough. Lots of water and right back on track!

Good losses so far, and for those of you who have gained, no big deal! It comes off faster if you have already lost it I think! :)

Amanda I don't know how you do it with your family owning a pizza shop. I would have a hard time too! Wish I could go exercise today, but it's allll day in the library for me

Magglett... You have showed us time and time again that you can lose and lose big!!! I have all the confidence in the world that you will have that gain off in no time!!

Amanda... .2 lbs... that's not even worth recording as a gain! I know that I eat more with/around my parents... REALLY weird and is something I only became aware of recently.. Stay strong!!! Have a serious talk with your folks about your goals if you haven't already... Having them back you and support you would be a really big thing....especially while you are in the pizza shop... I know I am weak around pizza!!!

    I didn't bother recording it. :)

And to make myself feel better I went into the garage and pulled out the tub full of clothes that were too tight to wear when I started this journey.

And they all fit. All of them. 7 casual shirts, 3 pairs of jeans, 1 pair of denim capris, 4 professional pants, 1 button down shirt, and 2 professional jackets.

Some of them were my favorite shirts/jeans which is why I refused to throw them out. I'm really glad I didn't because it's nice to have pants I don't have to keep pulling up!!!

    Definitely an ego booster.

Hello guys! For whoever asked last week, the pregnancy is going great! I find out next month if I am having a boy or girl. I can't wait! I am now at the heaviest I have been in 6 years and it is a bit hard to gain all this weight even though I know it's for a good reason. :ohwell:

    Yolie, that's SOOO exciting!!

Over the weekend and all though yesterday I haven't been able to stop nibbling. I feel nauseous and sick to my stomach unless I'm nibbling and I feel like crap. I only went over my cals by 200 yest but still!!! So then my fiance says "uum, hun, are you pregnant?" Well, considering I have the Mirena I'm about 99.9% sure I'm not and yet I keep wondering. Grrrrr. Stupid 0.1%. It's annoying because now I need to get a test or I won't feel better about it. lol

Sorry about my little rant but I needed to vent to people who aren't going to run around telling my fam. I think I'm knocked up.

Had something a little exciting happen today...
I didn't get back online last night to complete my food and exercise log, so I did it this morning. Anyway, down at the bottom where it tells you how much you will weigh in 5 weeks... This is what mine said:
"If every day were like today... You'd weigh 189.7 lbs in 5 weeks "
So, what's the big idea, you say... It's in the 180's!! To me...that is just exciting... it has been around 198 ish for a while and it was exciting to see that it is now down to the 180's... It just made my goal a little more reachable and attainable and REAL to me. I have been over 200lbs for so long now it almost seems like that is my identity... hard to explain...
I know that the 180.7 estimate is NOT an exact science and everyone's body is different, but to know that THEORETICALLY I could be in teh 180's in just 5 WEEKS is a great feeling... It's encouraging!
I just needed to share this with you ladies  There are a couple of you who have large amounts to lose like I do... Stay encouraged!!! We can reach our goals... :drinker:
  • Ugh I had a tough weekend emotionally and I ate accordingly

Also, I just ate 4 snack size milky way bars and 3 snack sized peppermint patties totalling 480 calories!

I thought I would confess this so I would not eat anymore. I still have 619 calories so i didn't screw up my whole day but I hate that I do this.

Congrats to everyone who's lost! Good work Amanda! And congrats Kandy, you will be in the 180s in 5 weeks, I believe you can do it!

Shanna - Don't beat yourself up! You are doign great to actually count the cals of what you ate...I usually just let that send me into a downward spiral! So good for you! Sorry you had a rough weekend:flowerforyou:

Yolie- yay for that sweet baby. Be sure to come back and tell us what the sex is! And you know we'll be here waiting when you want to lose your baby weight

Shanna and busymom- I have had similar experiences this weekend. It was like all I wanted to do was eat little terrible things...a few chips here, followed by a few bites of ice cream, and it goes on and on. I thought about just eating dinner at 3:30 b/c I couldn't stop the snacking. Ughhhh stress! If you were prego from that 0.1% that would be so crazy...it must be really meant to be if you are!

Kandy- isn't it awesome to see a new set of "10s" when you push that green button? Love it and that is amazing for you! Pretty soon you will click it and it will say your goal weight on it...now that's exciting!!!

On my end I took my pharmacology exam today that I had been studying for 2 weeks for. I don't think it went so well :frown: I almost had a panic attack during it and I had to get up and go do a mantra out in the hall. It was so hard!! It was 94 questions and each question required so much thought. I wanted to get an A in this class but it's doubtful now  Maybe a miracle will occur and I will get a B. UGH! Well, enough ranting, I'm off to eat lunch and start studying again for my other exam next Monday

It's practically impossible for me to be prego. lol and yea, it would REALLY be meant to be if I was. (but can it be "meant to be for someone else please. lol I'm not even close to ready to having another.)

I really think I'm just stressing out about my daughter. She's having some issues. I'm taking her to the Dr. today and everytime I think about it my tummy squirms.

Shannah, you're doing great! As long as you have the cals for it, go for it!!

Courtney, I'll bet you surprise yourself and get an A in the class anyway. :flowerforyou:

Kj, I LOVE  the "if everyday were like today" button!!! It's so motivating. Even when I go over cals it still says a loss on 5 weeks most of the time. A loss is a loss!! lol I'll take it!! :glasses:

  • Thanks for the encouragement everyone! I decided to do do a short pilates workout after my run tonight to help make up for some of the damage of today. :flowerforyou:

You girls are so great! I don't know what I'd do without you!!!

Courtney, I'm sorry your you felt your test didn't go so well. Try not to worry about it and kick butt on the next one!
  • This is why this group is so awesome. We can support each other about everything, not just weight loss.

Shannah - That's the attitude! No need to wait for the next morning to catch up to the wagon! :)

Busymom - I hope everything with your daughter turns out okay. I'm not a mom but I am a nanny and I freak out at the littlest thing with him and he's not even mine. I can't imagine what it must be like to be a mother and have to constantly worry about the health of your little one. You both are in my prayers.

Courtney - You sound like me. "OMG I CAN'T GET A B." We both have to realize that many other people are struggling to get a C much less a B. Take it in stride and hey, you might surprise yourself. I sure did last semester. I was POSITIVE I was going to get like A A B B B. Instead I got A A A- A B+. :) Slightly disappointed about the B, but it was a difficult class and I worked my butt off. Just like weight loss, we can't let little set backs get us down too much.

KandyJo - I love that button. I just have to keep myself from rolling my eyes and going, "Yeah right." Because it IS possible.

Well good news this morning. I may finally be back on track...

    LW 153
    TW 151
    GW 135

Congrats to the losers and maintainers! Keep your chin up to those of you who gained a little. This is the most frustrating thing you will ever do most likely but it is pretty amazing and totally worth it when you see results.
