    You are doing an awesome job, you inspired me to do insanity and then to start running with the insanity. I have completed 8 days of insanity and I already see improvement with my ability to do more. I've added in the running the last two days, I never would of thought I would be able to do Insanity and run but I can. I run in the morning and do insanity in the afternoon. I feel good thanks for the insipiration.

    You look great. Insanity & running is a great mix. that is one of the routines that I do. I have done Insanity, P90X, P90X2 and I am currently doing Body Beast. But running is my passion. I try and run at least 3 times a week. Keep pushing Play. You are awesome..... :)
