Spring onion, grated carrot, parsely, hummus
chicken, celelery, avocado, almonds
curried egg and sprout

Currently, I'm digging sandwiches made with avocado, tomato slices, and tons of mustard. I won't have one without a couple of potato chips thrown in there too, though.

Fresh mozzarella, basil pesto, kalamata olives, and sundried tomatoes - toasted. Absolutely delicious. A special treat on the weekend after a long walk!

Mashed avocado, sliced pickles, and sliced egg! It needs to be on some kind of a grain bread, though. :)

Crunchy peanut butter and grape jelly. :drinker:

Otherwise, I like to do various meat mixtures. I generally don't like vegetable on my sandwiches, but will sometimes add baby spinach leaves.

some of my go to sandwhiches lately when I don't have turkey or ham slices available have been:

    crunchy PB and berry Jam
Veggie garden cream cheese, cucumber and tomato with fresh dill
Veggie garden cream cheese or hummus (roasted red pepper or Black bean) with tomato slices

I want to try some others for variety instead of depending on my usual ham/turkey cheese combo.

I love my trader joes whole wheat or rye sprouted bread, the healthfood store by me also sells yummy sourdough sprouted bread. Sometimes I will make it into a wrap or use ciabatta rolls

My new winter fave is low-cal italian bread, spread with pesto, turkey breast, prov or swiss cheese and chopped sundried tomatoes. I toast mine in the George Foreman and it's just like Panera, but about 300 cals. Delish!

I've seen a few of you say peanut butter and jelly, which for some reason, I have it in my mind that I can't eat peanut butter and jelly or it will destroy my progress. Is it healthier than I believe? I know one meal won't ruin my diet, but I'd like to eat it multiple times a week. If it isn't as fattening and scary as I think it is, I'll be incredibly pleased!

For a healthy PB&J, use natural PB with no more ingredients then peanuts (maybe salt), all fruit jelly or sugar free jelly or mush up fresh blackberries or raspberries on whole grain bread. VERY VERY nutritious!!!
