Any kind of sandwich is a good sandwich. All day yesterday I was dreaming about having a turkey sandwich for dinner. I am not picky when hungry, just hand me the sandwich!

I've seen a few of you say peanut butter and jelly, which for some reason, I have it in my mind that I can't eat peanut butter and jelly or it will destroy my progress. Is it healthier than I believe? I know one meal won't ruin my diet, but I'd like to eat it multiple times a week. If it isn't as fattening and scary as I think it is, I'll be incredibly pleased!

For a healthy PB&J, use natural PB with no more ingredients then peanuts (maybe salt), all fruit jelly or sugar free jelly or mush up fresh blackberries or raspberries on whole grain bread. VERY VERY nutritious!!!

Fresh mozzarella, basil pesto, kalamata olives, and sundried tomatoes - toasted. Absolutely delicious. A special treat on the weekend after a long walk!
YUM! It's like a Caprese Salad on bread (but better because of the olives!)!
