don't know how to do a screen shot, sorry. But here's what I'm planning. The London Broil is currently marinating in worcestershire, vinegar, chicken broth (didn't have any beef), garlic, and soy sauce. It will be grilled and served with steamed broccoli, guacalmole, and fresh strawberries and raspberries.

Beef - Round, top, lean only, prime, raw (London Broil, Minute Steak, Round Steak), 4 oz cals: 173

    Broccoli - Raw, 100 g cals: 34

    LL homemade guacamole, 1 serving(s) cals: 84

    Raspberries - Raw, 10 raspberries cals: 10

    Strawberries - Raw, 3 medium (1-1/4" dia) cals: 12

    TOTAL CALORIES: 313

what do you mean by LL homemade quacamole??

Grilled fish tacos, 2 cups of baby spinach and 1 cup of broccoli. MFP sums it as 383 calories.

I love fish tacos. How do you make them?

Well I went out to eat for dinner tonight and was way over 400 calories, but for dinner tomorrow I'm making (a slightly altered version) spaghetti squash lasagna from dashingdish.com. I love spaghetti squash but I've never made it this way, so I'm actually pretty excited to try it :)

We went to our favorite salad restaurant to pick up dinner. You select what you want, and they chop everything together with the dressing and include a chunk of foccacia. Mine had romaine, chicken, a little bacon, bluecheese, dried cranberries, mushrooms, cauliflower., and a little barbecues ranch dressing. Yummy.
