Where do you get P2B sauce in Canada? I've never heard of it before!
PB2 is a powdered form of Peanut Butter, 85% less fat. You can 'reconstitute' it with water or milk to a creamy form and use it like regular PB (but it only has 45 cal per 2 tbsp serving). Lots of recipes on the Bell Plantation website, some folks use it in sauces, smoothies and shakes, mixed in oatmeal, ice cream, greek or regular yogurt, for baking etc. I have seen it in some Health Food stores but I usually order it (Amazon.com). Usually get free shipping if purchase is over $25 total and that ends up being less expensive than buying it in the store. I don't know if you have Whole Foods in Canada but maybe some other Health Food store has it ?0
