The only way I'm getting negative calories eating pie is if it's something my girlfriend has to offer.

Feel free to let me know if she's busy.

You both can come over to my house for pie. We can split it 3-ways *wink*

That's a lot of pie to handle.

Wait, so do I need to sprinkle some Sensa on it?
    '

That would help enhance the flavors

There's not actually any such thing as a "negative calorie food" - not even raw celery, however as this topic seems to at least be partially joking, I'm sure you knew that already.

Also, in my experience, as well as extensive and well documented testing, aspartame and other similar sweeteners are safe for human consumption. There are horror stories cooked up by people who don't like them and who don't know anything about them, but those are just falsehoods.

It's a calorie with a terrible attitude that is mean to people on MFP probably because it has low self esteem

This just made me exceedingly giggly.

I think it's a combination of aggression and self pity.

They kind of exist, however because MFP already includes calories for chewing and digestion in your daily allowance, they do not work in relation to this program.

Admittedly, I've never tried any of their products, but their mere existence makes me sad in so many ways. Sad for tastebuds, sad for humanity, sad for logic...

I didn't believe these so I looked it up. Wow they really exist .... but I really don't want to eat fake food even if it is zero calories.

Back before I got smarter about losing weight, I bought the chocolate sauce. It actually tasted pretty good in milk, but was almost flaky. Really weird. Definitely not chocolate sauce, and I definitely would not have put it on ice cream. I ended up throwing it out, and buying Hershey's again. Yum.

    WINNING!!! :smokin: :glasses:
