We will always make time for you, Candipants... won't we, Dawn?

Aren't you just full of sugar? :smooched: How are you today?

Not literally full of sugar, thankfully, know what I mean? I'm feeling much better -- you know that junk that's going around? Yeah, I kicked its *kitten* and sent it packing home to its mama... how are you doing?

Did you have to send it my way? I started getting a head cold yesterday. Nice and medicated right now. All I need is a drink.

Uh, oh... you think it got lost on the way to its mama, and found you? :frown: Would it make you feel better if I told you it was only here for 3-4 days?

Not nearly as cute as the pic itself, though, right?

Would you believe I am incredible?

Will you be providing proof today?

What do you require as adequate proof?

Would you all believe it was 70 degrees over the weekend, and we get up this morning to 27 degrees? Crazy, I tell ya!!

I'm doing ok today. I was kinda grumpy this morning, but I'm pulling out of it.

Did you know, it helps when you accept the weekend is over, and be thankful today is a new day to start over?

im sore and tired from working all 3 jobs as well as riding my horse this weekend... hes a lot of work to ride

woul you believe we are getting a warm snap here in canada too today its -10C and a blizzard but yet tomorrow is suppose to be +6C.... lots and lots of accidents today on the roads its going to be an interesting drive home.

do you think its ok that i have decided today im going to eat a little unhealthy and cancel my ride for tonight just because i am so tired?

Nice horse, MissyJessy :) Do you ride Western or English?

Thanks :) hes a 6 year old Trakehner Gelding, i ride english i was mostly into dressage but with how athletic he is and how much he loves to jump it seems like a waste not to take him in that direction so we will be eventing this year.

    How about you kitten?

I used to event/show-jump with mine - he's 20 now so doesn't do much apart from be a field-ornament and go for the odd hack (trail-ride) every now and again! Eventing is amazing fun - what level do you start at on your side of the Atlantic?

A little of both, used to ride working horses bareback! Do you know that that makes your legs reaaaally sore?

there is pre training at some shows (which isnt even actually times or anything just a good place to start with ultra green horses) then there is Training. I think we will show training this year because my boy is super athletic and LOVES to jump. His first time over a cross rail he didnt try to slow down stop or anything. He sets himself up beautifully for every jump down the each and every stride. My coach feels that he would be the best horse for anyone to learn to jump on specifically because of how natural it is for him, the rider then just needs to learn to focus on their positioning.

Hes nothing like that in Dressage however... thats usually when i get the bucking head tossing. I have always been a dressage rider so it will be interesting adventuring outside of what i know and moving onto something a little faster paced.

Is that yours in the picture? he is very handsome. How tall is he? what breed?
