    I often flash to a daydream in which I and their lawyers are standing in front of a judge, as he opines as follows:

    So... he never threatened you...
    Never violated a single law...
    Never endangered any of your assets, and...
    Never, in any way nor fashion caused you any damage, whatsoever...
    In fact, his forums generated more traffic and subsequent ad revenue, than all of your other strings, combined...

    Thus, your complaint is that he used potty-words to post funny, entertaining forum discussions, that in some manner, caused you to be "saddy-sad."

    Would you like to write him a check?
    Or do you just want me to go ahead and sign-over every asset you own in the judgement?
