    How come the better shape I get into the harder it is to burn calories? It’s like getting better makes you worse. Did that make sense?

    Do you know that this is one major reason I have not been to kickboxing class lately? Does it make sense that I am saving it to boot me off any plateau I may hit? I figure as long as I am still losing approx. 2 lbs per week, I don't *need* to ramp up yet... amirite?

    Would it be bad if you were tracking your inches as well? Would you still be bummed if your inches were dropping consistantly while the weight stayed the same?

    did you all know that i was in the weightloss industry for a few years? so i am full of awesome knowledge however i am unable to apply it to my own life ... bummer
