I have this same problem. I'm on a weight loss journey while my boyfriend is on a journey to gain weight (muscle, of course). He drinks high calorie protein shakes once or twice a day. As for meals, sometimes I do make separate meals for each of us. I'll have a salad, but I'll make him enchaladas...he'll have left overs that way. You could make the same thing, but use smaller portions for yourself. Or add in an additional side like baked beans or butter bread for him.0
